My partner and I had a fabulous time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, being right on the mountain and just steps away from the slopes. We were able to ski right from the hotel, which made our experience incredibly convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, fulfilling any request we had in a prompt and friendly manner. The service was top-notch.
In short, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Amazing stay during Christmas with friendly service and great atmosphere. Key location near ski lift and complimentary ski storage was convenient. Loved the daily hot chocolate and cookies, as well as the delicious food at the restaurant.
Limited options for breakfast and no gym on site. Room service was not available throughout the day and no shuttle was offered, making it difficult to explore the nearby town.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complementary chocolate and champagne in our room upon arrival as well as the relaxing couples massage at the spa. The hotel's prime location near the slopes and ski rental shop made our ski trip a breeze. We loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the fireplace in the lounge area was a highlight of our stay.
One downside was the slow service at dinner in the hotel restaurant. The prices were also a bit steep for the portion sizes.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable for ski enthusiasts, as it is very close to the slopes and right on the mountain. Guests can easily access the ski area without any hassle. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with perfect bathroom facilities including a nice tub and a separate shower. The service is attentive and the staff goes out of their way to fulfill guests' requests.
It can be disappointing that there is no conventional air conditioner in the rooms, instead, there is a large piece of equipment in the living room area attached to a hose in the window.

Great customer service and comfortable rooms make for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and made us feel like part of the family. The bed linens were high quality and incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The location was convenient and close to key amenities. We also appreciated the availability of underground parking.
There was a lack of scenic views and the public spaces were overheated. there were long lines at the café and limited food options during our stay.
